How RombPay is structured

RombPay combines several independent capabilities. Understanding the boundaries helps you use the product safely and avoid confusing balances.

1. Account balance (dashboard)

When you verify a USDT TRC20 deposit using a transaction hash, funds are credited to your account balance in USD. This balance is used to purchase virtual cards, load card spending power (after top-up fees), pay monthly card fees where applicable, and request manual USDT withdrawals to an external TRON address.

2. TRON wallet generator (public)

The Create Wallet flow generates a TRON address and keys. Keys are not stored in our database. This wallet is not linked to your virtual cards or dashboard balance. Rate limits (e.g. one generation per IP per 30 minutes) reduce abuse.

3. USDT / TRX transfers (public)

USDT transactions let you move TRX or USDT on-chain (TronLink or backend-signed flows). Saved history appears in the dashboard when you are signed in. This activity is separate from card spending and from the custodial-style account balance unless you explicitly top up using the deposit address in Top up.

4. Virtual cards (add-on)

Cards are issued through our card provider. You pay the plan price from your account balance. Loading the card from your balance applies the plan’s top-up fee; the issuer minimum is $50.00 net to the card after fee. Amounts are capped by each plan’s spending limit. Use View code next to Card details to fetch one-time confirmation codes (online / 3DS / Apple Pay / Google Pay) from the issuer. Active cards incur a monthly fee; if it cannot be collected from your account balance and card balance, cards may be canceled for non-payment.

5. Referrals & withdrawals

Referral bonuses credit your account balance. You may withdraw via a queued USDT request (operator-processed) or allocate funds to cards. See FAQ and Terms.
