1. Agreement
By accessing RombPay you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
RombPay provides software interfaces for account balances, optional virtual cards via a third-party issuer, TRON wallet generation, and blockchain transfer helpers. Features may be offered in “simulator” or “live” modes depending on configuration. Card availability, limits, and fees depend on issuer rules and catalog settings shown in the app.
3. Eligibility & compliance
You represent that you use the service lawfully in your jurisdiction. Virtual cards and crypto-related products may be restricted where you live. You are responsible for taxes and reporting.
4. Balances, fees, and risks
Account balances are credited only after successful verification of deposits per our rules. Card issuance debits your balance by the plan price. Card top-ups from balance incur the stated percentage fee; the card issuer requires a minimum of $50.00 net credited to the card after fee. Monthly card fees are charged while cards are active; failure to pay may result in card cancellation. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; incorrect addresses or networks may cause loss.
5. Withdrawals
USDT withdrawal requests are processed manually or through operational workflows you approve by submitting a request. Amounts are debited from your balance when a request is created. Rejected requests are refunded to your balance per our procedures. Processing times are not guaranteed.
6. Security
You must protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. High-risk flows (e.g. private key submission) carry inherent risk; use them only if you understand those risks.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
