Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Who we are
RombPay (“we”, “us”) operates the website and services that let you manage an account balance, request virtual cards through a third-party issuer, generate TRON wallet material, and perform on-chain transfers. This policy describes how we process personal data in connection with those services.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, authentication identifiers (including Google subject if used).
- Transaction metadata you submit: wallet addresses, amounts, transaction hashes, card operation logs.
- Technical data: IP address, cookies for session/auth, basic logs for security and debugging.
- Card data: we store non-sensitive card references (e.g. last four digits, vendor identifiers) as required to operate the product. Full PAN/CVC may be retrieved transiently from the card issuer when you request it.
3. Wallet generation
Generated private keys are returned to your browser session and are not persisted in our database by design. You are responsible for securing copies. If you use flows that submit a private key to the server for signing, that key is processed only for the requested operation and must be handled as highly sensitive.
4. How we use data
We use data to provide the service, verify deposits, prevent fraud and duplicate credits, operate referrals, comply with law, and improve reliability. We may share limited data with payment/card partners strictly to issue and maintain cards.
5. Retention
We retain account and ledger records as needed for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes and to enforce our Terms. Withdrawal requests and billing history may be kept for auditing.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us through the channels listed on the site. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or ongoing disputes.
7. Contact
For privacy inquiries, use the contact method published on the site. This policy may be updated; material changes will be reflected by revising the date above.
